**Position Overview**
Our client is in the process of many exciting projects in the IT landscape. You will play a pivotal role in ensuring the success of these IT/digital transformations. You will leverage your experience in change management and IT projects and collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, implement and execute change strategies that drive user engagement.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Collaborate with stakeholders to develop change management strategies
- Conduct change impact assessments to identify potential risks, challenges, and opportunities
- Develop and deliver engaging communication plans, training materials, and resources
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of change initiatives
- Provide guidance and support to project teams, end-users, and stakeholders
**Qualifications**:
- 5+ years experience as an IT Change Manager
- Solid understanding of a broad range of IT solutions, including SAP
- Hands-on experience conducting Change Impact Assessments
- Strong experience with Prosci Change Management methodology
- Prior experience working in the Supply Chain industry would be beneficial, however not essential
