We are seeking 2x Member Services Representatives for a temporary 8-week assignment. In this role, you will be responsible for making outbound calls, responding to inbound enquiries, and supporting members during a key renewal period. You will use a consultative and solutions-focused approach to ensure members renew their annual memberships while providing excellent customer service. The Role Make approximately 50 outbound calls per day to assist members with renewals Handle inbound calls and email enquiries related to memberships Send follow-up communications via SMS and email Inform members about relevant benefits to enhance their experience Set up payment plans and provide support to members in need Accurately log all interactions in the CRM (Salesforce) Coordinate with the finance team on billing matters The Benefits $35 per hour super | weekly pay Monday to Friday – 9am-5pm – no weekends Brand-new office with stunning city views Opportunity for extension and future campaigns Supportive team and professional work environment Friendly, fun, and supportive work culture About You Previous experience in a contact centre, sales, or customer service role Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet call targets Strong problem-solving skills with a customer-first approach Comfortable using CRM systems and handling data entry Can commit to the full assignment If you’re reading this and feeling excited, be Iconic and Apply Now!
