We're on the lookout for a friendly, confident face to join the team at Mr.Dot, our recent café in Richmond. We're all about outstanding coffee, easy food, and good energy — so we're after someone who brings great vibes, a smile, and loves chatting with people.
You'll be the first face customers see, so we're looking for someone who's warm, welcoming, and can help create an awesome atmosphere in-store. You'll be taking orders, running coffees, keeping the front area tidy, and helping the team during busy periods.
What we're looking for:
- A friendly, confident personality (we want someone who brings energy)
- Great communication and people skills
- Attention to detail and pride in presentation
- Experience in a café or customer service role (preferred but not essential)
- A love for good coffee, food, and connecting with people
