The Opportunity
In this role you will be responsible for effectively managing and leading a team to successfully deliver cleaning services at Coles – Redbank Distribution Centre.
Work closely with your team to build strong relationships with our partner and provide exceptional service.
Your Responsibilities
* Undertake the general direction and supervision of the Cleaning Team members on shift
* Participate in the induction and training of new Team Members
* Oversee the maintenance of food safety and hygiene standards across all areas of the DC while adhering to all Health and Safety procedures
* Ensure the correct use of chemicals equipment and machinery by all team members
* Develop strong working relationships and a positive team environment
* Work with team members to ensure work schedules are completed to quality standards within required time frames
Requirements
* Have previous experience supervising cleaning team members including roster management ideally in the food service industry or commercial supply chain environment
* Hold a current driver's licence and vehicle desirable
* Be able to build and maintain strong working relationships
* Possess intermediate to advanced IT skills including Microsoft Office Word Excel & Outlook
* Be able to work flexible hours when required
