Job Title: Infrastructure Project Coordinator
We are seeking an experienced and proactive project coordinator to provide essential administrative and operational support to our infrastructure project team. The successful candidate will have a demonstrated understanding of scheduling and calendar management for senior executives, including meeting coordination and minute-taking.

Key Responsibilities:
* Communicate with various levels of management, stakeholders, and external parties on a wide range of issues.
* Analyse enquiries or requests from internal and external stakeholders, and research, determine and take appropriate action on behalf of the Manager (Project Support Office) and Project Director.
* Proactively manage diary requirements for the Project Director, including project governance and other key meetings.
* Monitor, maintain, update and progress correspondence and related filing systems.
* Provide accurate and effective support to the section of routine administrative processes for Human Resources, Finance, Procurement and other business requirements as required.
* Participate in capability development activities required to perform efficiently and effectively in the role, and assist other team members to develop new capabilities when required.
Requirements of the Role:
The successful candidate will have:
* Demonstrated infrastructure project experience within an engineering environment.
* Proven experience in providing high-level administrative support in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
* Exceptional organisational and time management skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities and meet strict deadlines.
* High-level communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to liaise effectively with a diverse range of internal and external stakeholders.
