Roadside delivery leads play a pivotal role in the successful execution of highway maintenance programmes, acting as key drivers of operational performance and stakeholder engagement.
Main Responsibilities:
* Develop and implement comprehensive roadside maintenance strategies, ensuring projects are delivered on time and to required quality standards.
* Build strong relationships with contractor representatives, fostering transparency, accountability and high performance.
* Serve as primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, including government agencies and community representatives.
* Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance service delivery, operational efficiency and safety performance.
