About the Role
We're on the lookout for a female Disability Support Worker who thrives in dynamic environments and enjoys building meaningful connections. This role involves supporting participants with psychosocial needs and complex behaviours, so experience in these areas is highly valued.
What You'll Be Doing
Providing person-centred support that empowers independence and wellbeing
Assisting with daily living, community access, and positive behaviour strategies
Collaborating with a supportive team that values creativity, compassion, and professionalism
Bringing a dash of fun and positivity to everyday moments
What We're Looking For
Experience in psychosocial disability and/or complex behaviour support
Emotional intelligence, patience, and adaptability
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
A genuine passion for inclusion and empowerment
Bonus points if you love dogs (our participant has a small furry friend )
