About the Role
* Manage end-to-end recruitment across multiple sites, liaising directly with hiring managers, creating job descriptions, and delivering a seamless hiring experience.
* Support high-volume recruitment – managing 30+ roles at any one time
* Sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates
* Supporting on-site inductions and relationship-building with hiring managers
* Maintaining strong candidate pipelines using tech and ATS platforms
* Supporting internal training when required (not owning L&D – just facilitating sessions)
* Contributing to an evolving and maturing recruitment function
* Supporting recruitment and compliance for blue-collar roles across multiple sites
What You'll Bring
