Employment Type: Permanent, Full-time, 38 hours
Pay: $42.38 - $43.76 per hour (depending on qualification and experience) + Superannuation + Benefits
Responsibilities
* Support the Centre Director in leading the team to provide high‐quality early learning and care.
* Mentor and build capabilities within the centre team.
* Take overall management responsibility of the centre in the Centre Director's absence.
* Use and implement the Goodstart Practice Guide.
* Collaborate with the dedicated leadership team, forge respectful and reciprocal relationships with families, and actively engage with local community networks.
