Our client is a fast-growing boutique firm with its head office located in Parramatta. The firm practices commercial/business law, personal injury construction, civil litigation, debt recovery, insurance, strata and property law.
**Benefits**:
- $60,000 to $75,000 Salary pending experience

**What you will be focusing on**:
- Property and conveyancing, leases, wills, commercial litigation etc
- Drafting general correspondence (e.g. letter of Advice, briefing letter to barristers);
- Liaising with clients;
- Preparing Cost Schedules;
- Legal research tasks;
- Reviewing and/or creating case summaries and articles; and
- Other adhoc tasks as required.
**Skills and Experience**
- Minimum final year of Bachelor of Laws or equivalent;
- Previous experience across Property and conveyancing, leases, wills, and commercial litigation as a Paralegal
- Excellent attention to detail together with strong verbal and written communication skills;
- Well-developed time management skills;
- A willingness to learn, a positive approach and strong initiative.
