The Impact You'll Have
At the Workplace Injury Commission, we've helped thousands of injured workers and employers resolve their disputes and move forward with their lives. We're a robust Victorian Government statutory authority that's making an impact.

As the Allocations Coordinator, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth and efficient flow of dispute resolution activities. You'll be responsible for maintaining high‑quality data, accurately preparing and updating information, and supporting the timely allocation of disputes and conferences.

Your strong attention to detail and ability to work across multiple systems will help ensure that all information is complete, reliable and ready for operational reporting and planning. By delivering consistent, responsive and well‑organised administrative support, you will contribute to a seamless experience for internal teams and help WIC deliver high‑quality, timely dispute resolution services for injured workers and employers.

Who We're Looking For
To succeed in this role, you will have:

* Exceptional attention to detail, ensuring data entered into our systems is accurate, complete, and consistently maintained.
* Strong data administration skills, including the ability to prepare, review and validate information to support reporting, operational insights and resource planning.
* Proficiency working across multiple systems and datasets, confidently navigating digital tools, updating records, and troubleshooting basic data issues.
* A proactive mindset, continuously looking for opportunities to streamline processes, improve data quality and enhance service outcomes.
* The ability to build respectful and professional relationships, engaging with internal and external stakeholders when needed to support the timely flow of dispute resolution activities.
