The Role: Assist in managing a diverse team, including Shift Managers, Crew Trainers, and Crew Members. Work across both Front of House and Back of House, moving from the kitchen and hot equipment to guest service. Lead restaurant operations to maximise efficiency while ensuring full compliance with OH&S and food safety guidelines. Maintain superior levels of product, service, and store ambience to ensure high mystery shopper results. Play a key role in the hiring, induction, and certification of staff through our structured Training Framework. Establish and promote a positive, harmonious work environment that aligns with our core leadership principles. Help monitor and achieve sales targets while managing inventory, wastage, and labour costs to drive profit. What We're Looking For At least two years of experience as a strong Supervisor or Assistant Manager. An established front-line leader with the ability to engage and motivate employees. Solid knowledge of labour management, inventory ordering, and operational checklists. High personal grooming standards and a genuine passion for the restaurant industry. Excellent written and verbal interpersonal skills are a must. Current RSA, First Aid, and Food Safety certifications, or the ability to obtain them quickly.
