ABOUT THE JOB
Integrity is currently looking for an enthusiastic junior administrative trainee. This is an ongoing full-time role (Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm).
You will complete a Certificate III in Business Administration over 12 months, with study time at work.
You will join a dedicated team and be responsible for assisting our administrative staff. This is an excellent opportunity for the right candidate to join a fast-paced and growing company.
Main tasks will include:
Assisting with general enquiries
Answering and directing phone calls to relevant departments
Being a point of contact for a range of staff and external stakeholders
Ordering and taking stock of promotional material
General administration
Processing and directing mail and incoming packages or deliveries
Developing and maintaining a filing system
