Viking Imports is a family owned specialty food importer and distributor. We supply premium products to Australia's leading independent retailers, major supermarket chains and specialty delicatessen shops. Think crispbread, frozen organic berries and cheese, sound delicious? Based on consistent business growth, we are looking for an experienced Office Administrator who is someone that loves food.
**The Role**
We are a small team so you will have be trained across all administrative areas of the business, and will be directed to become an all rounder, knowing all parts of the business. Because of this, your responsibilities are varied and will include (but are not limited to) the following:
- Administrative duties and answering customer queries 
- Answering phones and directing calls 
- Payment reconciliation and reimbursement 
- Data entry 
- Report Creation 
- Sales Order entry 
- Scanning, Copying, Filing 
- Talking to customers and general troubleshooting when things don't go to plan
The role will look after all admin parts of the business
**What you bring to the table**
You have common sense, love a laugh and can't stop talking about food. We know that administration tasks require attention to detail and are repetitive by nature, so we're looking for someone who is meticulous in their processing of work.
Additionally, you will bring:
- MYOB experience 
- Intermediate/Advanced Microsoft Excel skill 
- End of month accounting tasks 
- High attention to detail and accuracy 
- Solid written and verbal communication 
- Problem solving skills 
- Excellent organisation ability 
- Common sense 
- Tech Savvy 
- Able to work quickly and jump from task to task when needed
