We are seeking an ICT Support Engineer – Level 2 for our Brisbane office, supported by the wider team.Your key responsibilities will include:Providing level 2 IT support to our clientsProviding timely support via phone, ticket updates, and on-site visitsManaging support priorities and conducting maintenanceSupporting client environments with technologies such as Windows Server, Microsoft 365, Azure, VMware, Sophos, Ubiquiti, and Datto RMMCompleting ticket updates, time capture, and logging opportunities accurately in efex ITSM toolsDeveloping and maintaining documentation, including SOPs and knowledge base articlesActing as a trusted advisor to clients, ensuring strong relationships and clear communicationParticipating in a rotating roster for emergency support outside standard hoursRemaining current with industry certifications and technology trendsYour KPIs will include:Meeting ticket closure and billable hours targetsTicket SLA response and resolution targetsProviding comprehensive notes in each ticketUpdating all outstanding tickets dailyConducting regular client follow-ups via email and phoneUpdating documentation with new procedures or improvementsLogging sales opportunities to enhance client environmentsWhat You Need to Succeed:At least 2 years’ experience in a similar support roleStrong troubleshooting skills for desktop hardware, software, and networksProficiency with networking concepts: TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPNUnderstanding of Active Directory, Group Policy, server OSHands-on experience with Microsoft 365 and IntuneIndustry certifications (Microsoft, CompTIA, AWS, Cisco) are a plusExcellent verbal and written communication skillsAbility to prioritize and work efficiently in a fast-paced environmentStrong problem-solving skills and independence in resolving issuesPrerequisites:Eligibility to work in AustraliaAbility to pass a police checkCurrent driver’s licenseWhat We Offer:A competitive salary with growth opportunities, exposure to cutting-edge technology, and a supportive, inclusive work environment.Learn more about efex - https://www.efex.com.au/How to Apply:If passionate about IT and qualified, please submit your resume and cover letter.How do your skills match this job?How do your skills match this job?Sign in and update your profile to get insights.Research careers and find tips on career advice.
