Human Resources sits within the Administrative Division and is responsible for enhancing the talents of our real world people through effective leadership, expert advice and professional development, while creating a highly engaged workforce by fostering strong organisational culture.
**What you need to succeed** 
- Education, training and/or relevant experience equivalent to completion of a degree in human resources or relevant area with subsequent relevant experience and expertise in human resources, management or a related discipline. 
- Demonstrated ability to lead and supervise staff, manage workloads and manage HR Advisor escalated queries. 
- Highly developed problem solving skills with a proven ability to critically evaluate HR processes and solve HR problems. 
- Proven ability to contribute to, initiate and implement business and process improvement that enhance the HR service provided and/or improve its efficiency. 
- Highly developed interpersonal and communication skills including the ability to resolve difficult client issues through negotiating and influencing clients with a high level of attention to detail. 
- High level of digital literacy.
