**The Role**
Operating under direct supervision of a senior technician, the Technician will be assigned a range of tasks in support of complex electronics and communications equipment used by the Australian Defence Force.
Tasks may include:
- Corrective and preventative maintenance of equipment.
- Technical investigations and problem solving.
- Authoring of technical documentation such as operator instructions and maintenance procedures.
- Upkeep of maintenance records and technical data.

The broader organisation also supports protective Electronic Counter Measures, Materiel Exploitation and explosive ordnance detection and disposal systems.
