Initial 2-3 month contract with possible extension Join a large Community Services Organisation Friendly & collaborative team and Supportive Manager Work during core business hours (9am-5pm) Flexibility to work from home 1-2 days/week after the initial period $35-$40 per hour Organisation This large Community Services organisation with offices based in Parramatta are on the lookout for a Customer Service Support person to join their dynamic team and fast paced environment. Position You will be a first point of contact and provide 1st level employees support to several thousand users across the organisation. Assist Users with general enquiries and also HR, Payroll or other systems access. Some of your key responsibilities will be: Providing Level 1 support either by telephone or email Triaging incoming requests and escalate to relevant teams Perform user account administration Provide excellent customer service and update users Provide feedback on continuous improvement of processes and procedures. Skills & Experience 1 year in Customer service position, ideally previous experience working in a call center with high volume of calls. Previous experience with HR/Payroll systems and using a ticketing system is a plus Excellent communication and presentation skills Outstanding Customer Service skills Women, non-binary and gender diverse people are encouraged to apply.
