Key Responsibilities
* Lead project delivery across education and multi‑residential sectors, ensuring high‑quality outcomes
* Oversee documentation, coordination and consultant engagement while remaining hands‑on in Revit
* Build strong relationships with clients, stakeholders and project teams
* Contribute to design development and decision‑making across multiple project stages
* Represent the practice confidently on site, at meetings and through project communication
Skills & Experience
* 10 years post‑graduate experience with proven experience running projects
* Strong Revit proficiency and ability to review drawings with a high technical standard
* Excellent communication skills with a confident and collaborative approach
* Background in small‑to‑medium practice environments where adaptability is key
* Demonstrated ability to foster trust and rapport with clients and consultants
