* The pay is fantastic! We pay a minimum of $34/hour for in-person sessions up to $41.50/hour ($29/hour online up to $36.50/hour). We do have a tiered pay system that allows tutors to quickly scale up to higher pay levels as they gain experience
* We are growing FAST. This means we are able to very quickly and reliably source you hours. Plenty of our tutors work 20+ hours/week though we are also able to accommodate tutors who only want a few clients as well
* We provide a ton of support! We will call you each fortnight for a quick 5-10 minute chat that will allow you to get advice for how to approach your sessions & you can flag any questions you may have. If you are ever stuck for resources, our team can help source them for you and work to make your job as easy as possible

Job Requirements:
* A valid driver's license and car is a must as majority of our students are in-person
* Our tutors are employed on a contractor basis. This means you must be willing to apply for an ABN. This is free & we can help you with this process + provide more info as to why it's needed if you are unsure
* Graduated Year 12 - no current school students sorry.
* Willing to work a minimum of 4 hours per week.
* A paid WWVP card (or be willing to apply for one if successful)
