Job Opportunity:

The Nothing Bundt Cakes Baker plays a pivotal role in delivering exceptional service by consistently producing high-quality cakes.
\
Key Responsibilities:
\

1. Follows proprietary recipes and cake production methods with precision, meeting productivity goals.
\
2. Utilizes measuring instruments, commercial-grade mixers and ovens, and other tools to bake cakes efficiently.
\
3. Prepares raw ingredients and equipment for baking, monitors the baking process, and ensures proper packaging, labeling, and storage of baked cakes.
\
4. Assists the Bakery Manager in developing a cake production plan, monitors inventory of baking supplies, and notifies management when replenishment is required.
\
5. Evaluates raw ingredients and baked cakes to ensure quality standards are met and informs management of any issues.
\
6. Cleans, sanitizes, and restocks the workstation, ensuring all baking supplies are prepared for the next shift.

Requirements:

7. 18 years of age or older
\
8. Previous experience as a Baker or in another operational support role at a bakery, restaurant, or foodservice environment is a plus
\
9. Flexibility to work various shifts, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
