A successful sales organization is seeking a highly skilled Sales Coordinator to join their team. This is a full-time position offering opportunities for growth and professional development in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

* Support the sales team by managing day-to-day sales activities, including processing orders, handling customer inquiries, and preparing quotes.
* Act as the primary point of contact for customers, ensuring excellent communication and timely responses to requests.
* Manage customer accounts, ensuring order accuracy, and coordinating the timely delivery of products.
* Track and update sales data, providing regular reports and forecasts to the sales team and management.
* Assist in preparing presentations, proposals, and sales materials.
* Coordinate with production, logistics, and supply chain teams to ensure the smooth flow of orders.
* Help schedule meetings, conferences, and sales events.
* Maintain CRM system to ensure accurate and up-to-date customer and sales information.
* Provide support with contract and pricing negotiations when necessary.

Requirements:

* Proven experience as a Sales Coordinator or in a similar role within the manufacturing or related industry.
* Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with a keen eye for detail.
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
* Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and CRM software.
* Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
* Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet.
* Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
