About the Role:
Customer Service is our priority and the driving force behind our vision and values. With more people relocating across the country and the globe, our services are in high demand. This is a rare opportunity to join our high-performing Sales team as an External Sales Consultant servicing the Canberra region. Success will come easily as you capitalize on selling our quality services and products. Fully qualified warm appointments will be scheduled for you to visit clients at home and provide relocation quotes for house moves.
You will be part of a long-standing, highly experienced team that has proven success year after year. Since this role is on the road and involves working from home, your ability to manage your time and coordinate a busy diary is essential. Building rapport with clients and helping them navigate the logistics and stress of relocating are key to success in this role.
Some of your responsibilities will include:
* Carrying out in-home inspections from fully qualified warm appointments
* Formulating pricing and proposals tailored to client needs
* Promoting our full suite of services to meet client requirements
* Encouraging customer feedback to facilitate continuous improvement
* Maintaining exemplary customer service throughout
About You:
Ideally, you will have experience or exposure to the removals industry and demonstrate a customer-centric, solution-focused approach. This role is not a hard sell; the key is to have empathy and respect for our broad client base in their homes.
