Liberte Albany is seeking passionate Waiters and Bartenders to join our vibrant hospitality team in Albany, WA. In this casual position, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and creating an enjoyable dining experience for our guests. Whether you're greeting customers, taking orders, serving food and drinks, or restocking the bar, your positive attitude and commitment to excellence will be essential to our success.
What you'll be doing
Greeting and seating guests with a friendly, professional demeanour
Taking food and drink orders, accurately inputting them into the system
Preparing and serving beverages, including cocktails, wine, beer and non-alcoholic drinks
Delivering food and drinks to tables in a timely manner
Clearing and resetting tables, ensuring a clean and organised dining area
Restocking and maintaining the bar area
Addressing customer questions or concerns in a polite and solution-oriented manner
Adhering to all health, safety and licensing regulations
What we're looking for
Previous experience in a similar waitstaff or bartending role, ideally in the hospitality industry
Excellent customer service skills and a passion for creating memorable dining experiences
Strong communication and interpersonal abilities, with the confidence to interact with guests
Attention to detail and the ability to work quickly and efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Flexibility to work a range of shifts, including evenings, weekends and public holidays
Knowledge of food and beverage offerings, as well as basic bartending skills
A positive, friendly and professional attitude
