Plan and execute garden layouts using appropriate plant materials, hardscaping elements, and irrigation systems. Conduct site assessments to evaluate existing conditions and understand client needs. Manage and supervise landscaping projects from conception to completion, ensuring quality workmanship. Provide ongoing garden maintenance services, including pruning, weeding, and pest control. Collaborate with clients to provide expert advice on landscape maintenance and plant care. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and environmental practices throughout all landscaping processes. Maintain tools and equipment for optimum performance and safety. Keep detailed records of project progress and client interactions. Essential Qualifications: Minimum 5 years of experience in landscape gardening or related fields. Proven knowledge of horticulture, landscape design, and construction methods. Relevant qualifications in horticulture, landscape architecture, or a related field. Strong communication skills to effectively interact with clients and team members.
