Pastry Chef for an Artisan Bakery Dröm Bakery is urgently looking for Pastry Chefs who possess the following skills and experience:
* A passion for producing consistent high-quality cakes & other baked products
* Croissant experience is a must
* Excellent knowledge and experience in basic baking techniques and styles and the use of commercial kitchen equipment and tools
* Experience in baking croissants is a must
* A strong background in utilising high-quality ingredients
* A knowledge of all food safety standards
* A professional attitude in the pastry kitchen at all times
* The ability to follow instructions
* A love and passion for making and creating marvellous baked treats
* The ability to persevere and succeed in a fast-paced environment
* A keen eye for detail
* A team player
* A desire to succeed in a progressive career in the food and hospitality industry
* Have the proper permits to work in Australia
