About the Role:
The Australian Bleeding Disorders Registry (ABDR) is a registry for patients in Australia with bleeding disorders. It is used on a daily basis by clinicians in all Australian haemophilia treatment centres (HTCs) to assist in managing the treatment of people with bleeding disorders and to gain a better understanding of the incidence and prevalence of bleeding disorders.
The ABDR Data Manager is responsible for the management of the Australian Bleeding Disorders Registry (ABDR) data entry and to support HTC staff, including haematologists, Clinical Nurse Consultants, Clinical Research Assistants, physiotherapists and social workers in their use of the ABDR.
The information collected and maintained in the ABDR is critical for analysis of clinical observations, special projects and advice to governments.
