We invite dynamic Educators (teachers or tutors) to join our team to support students, deliver high-quality vocational education, and advance industry-aligned learning experiences.
Responsibilities
Develop and deliver outcome-focused VET programmes.
Collaborate with industry, schools, universities, other TAFE and VET providers.
Maintain currency with industry practices, workplace delivery, and contemporary teaching methodologies.
Work in an environment of change, continuous improvement, and innovation.
Contribute to a culture of "Making Great Happen".
Mandatory Qualifications / Requirements
a.
Vocational competencies at least to the level being delivered and assessed;
e.g.
,
– Certificate III in Air Conditioning and Refrigeration
or equivalent.
b. Possession of one of the following training and assessment credentials :
– Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (or successor)
– Certificate IV in Training and Assessment
– Certificate IV in Training and Assessment
TAELLN411 (or successor) or TAELLN401A
TAEASS502 (or successor or variations)
A credential issued by a higher education provider that satisfies the academic requirements for registration as a secondary school teacher, plus one of : TAESS, TAESS, TAESS, or a diploma / higher-level qualification in adult or vocational education.
c. Current industry skills directly relevant to the training and assessment being provided.
d. Current knowledge and skills in vocational training and learning that inform training and assessment delivery.
e. Evidence of professional development in vocational training, learning, and assessment (competency-based).
Note:Proof of qualifications and industry currency / experience must be provided at interview.
