About the Role

As the Commissioning Lead reporting to the Construction Manager, you lead a team of 2+. You will coordinate and control the commissioning of electrical substation and transmission lines on the MacIntyre Wind Farm, ensuring the achievement of timing, quality, environmental, and health & safety regulations for HV and LV.

Key Responsibilities

• Tests prior commissioning of electrical substations and transformation centers, and grid connection facilities.
• Define main functional tests of principal equipment and related facilities, control and protection tests, and all required tests in terms of communication and remote control prior commissioning.
• Calculate and/or revise protection setting calculations related to the facility.
• Check all functional tests of principal equipment and associated facilities, protection and control tests, and communication and remote control tests.

Required skill set

• Substantial experience in a directly related field of wind farm commissioning.
• Familiarity and proven competence with wind farm technologies and HV/LV electrical equipment.
