ABOUT THE ROLE
In this role, you will act as the Project Architect and be able to provide the design and construction documentation for a range of company projects. Collaborating closely with our team, you'll be engaged in all project phases and take the lead in key aspects of delivery.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
· Contribute to the design and delivery of multiple scale residential projects.
· Develop engaging design presentations and produce high-quality documentation for development applications.
· Work closely with clients, consultants, and contractors to ensure the design vision is maintained.
· Interpret and apply planning regulations, ensuring compliance with the NCC, Australian Standards, and all relevant codes.
· Collaborate with project teams to achieve design objectives and meet key milestones.
· Participate in internal design reviews and provide guidance to support the development of junior team members.
REQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
· Bachelor and Master's degree in Architecture.
· years' experience in Australia in Architectural practice, with an interest in moving into a leadership role
* Revit experience is essential
* Strong understanding across CDC, DA, CC, Tender and Construction Documentation
* Organizational skills with a strong ability to multi task
* Experience working on multiple scale residential projects
* Knowledge of relevant regulations including Australian Standards & NCC
