We are a fast-growing fashion brand seeking an experienced and highly organised Operations & Supply Chain Manager to join our team. This role is critical to ensuring our global logistics, operational processes and fulfilment networks run smoothly and efficiently. You will oversee freight, warehouse partners, carrier performance, team management, and new systems implementation - ensuring we're always optimised, scalable, and set up for continued growth.
Key Responsibilities:
* Supply Chain and Logistics Management:
* Oversee end-to-end freight processes, including global shipping, consolidations, customs coordination, and cost optimisation.
* Plan out the critical path to ensure production deadlines are clearly communicated and met, enabling the business to achieve required sea freight and air freight timelines.
* Manage relationships with carriers (Australia Post, DHL, On Demand, Click & Collect partners), ensuring strong performance, reporting, and issue resolution.
* Oversee daily shipping operations with USA/UK 3PL partners and internal warehouse, ensuring SLAs are met.
* Wholesale Logistics:
* Assist with the rollout of SPS / Cin7 integrations (including DJs and other partners) to streamline wholesale compliance and order processing.
* Manage wholesale operational & logistics processes and documentation.
* Assisting with new wholesale account onboarding from an operation & logistics standpoint.
* Strategy and continuous improvement:
* Manage and mentor internal supply chain and logistics teams
* Lead supply chain strategy, process improvements to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and support future growth.
* Monitor performance and provide ongoing strategic recommendations across logistics, 3PL relationships, and inventory flow.
* Ensure all operational procedures align with brand standards and evolving business needs.
Requirements:
* 4+ years' experience in operations, logistics, or supply chain management (fashion/apparel preferred).
* High level experience with imports and exports to and from China, Australia & the USA required
* Experienced with WMS systems and managing 3PLs, international freight, and multi-channel fulfilment.
* Strong analytical skills with confidence in dashboards, reporting, and operational finance.
* Proactive problem solver with a process-driven mindset and exceptional attention to detail.
* Comfortable leading projects, implementing new systems, and training teams.
* Collaborative, calm under pressure, and experienced in working with rapidly growing businesses.
