Job Title: Pastry Chef

Key Responsibilities:
* Preparation and Baking: Prepare, mix, cut, and shape dough and pastry ingredients according to established recipes and presentation standards.
* Quality Control: Monitor proving, cooking, and cooling times to ensure consistency and quality of baked items.
* Baking Techniques: Apply various baking techniques and methods to produce high-quality pastries and desserts.
* Inventory Management: Maintain accurate inventory levels and track production schedules to ensure efficient operation.
* Cleaning and Sanitation: Ensure a clean and safe working environment by adhering to sanitation and safety regulations.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Certificate III in Patisserie: Possess a Certificate III in Patisserie or equivalent qualification.
* Experience: Hold a minimum of 3 years' experience in a relevant field.
* Teamwork: Demonstrate ability to work effectively in a team environment.
* OH&S Awareness: Display awareness of Occupational Health and Safety regulations.
* Food Handling and RSA Certificates: Possess Food Handling and RSA certificates.
