Lock's Paddock is a fast paced restaurant in Newcastle NSW and we are looking for an assistant manager to support our hard working restaurant manager.You will work in a happy and fast paced environment with excellent tips. This role requires:
At least 5yrs experience in a restaurant setting.
Strong wine & food knowledge.
Ability to converse with a range of clients.
Must be available on a Friday & Saturday day or night.
