About Us
We're T.C Boxes - a brand built for people who take their vehicles seriously. Our customers are passionate, knowledgeable, and they can spot inauthenticity from a mile away. That means our marketing has to be real, quality has to be high, and everything we put out has to reflect who we actually are.
The Role
You'll be working closely with our Head of Marketing to bring the T.C Boxes brand to life across every channel - and making sure it stays consistent, sharp, and true to who we are.
Day to day, you'll be:
Managing and executing campaigns across social, email, paid media and website
Briefing and coordinating our Senior Designer, internal creative team and external agencies
Developing and scheduling content that supports product launches, promotions and brand building
Reviewing creative assets to ensure everything is on brand and on standard
Collaborating with external agencies across paid media, SEO and web development
Contributing to campaign planning and quarterly marketing calendars
Supporting performance reporting and identifying opportunities to keep improving
This is a hands-on role. You'll be in the detail every day - and you'll love it.
Who We're Looking For
We want someone who takes genuine pride in their craft - a marketer who cares as much about the quality of the output as the strategy behind it.
You're the right fit if you:
Have 4+ years of experience in a marketing, brand or campaign coordination role
Have managed cross-channel campaigns end to end
Are confident briefing and managing creative resources - design, photo, video
Know your way around Shopify, Meta Business Suite, Google Ads and EDM platforms
Have a strong eye for detail and can manage multiple priorities without dropping the ball
Hold a current driver's licence
Experience in automotive, 4x4, outdoor or trade categories is a genuine advantage - you'll hit the ground running if you already speak the language of our customer.
