Your new role
As a Senior Business Analyst focused on Power of Attorney, you'll be engaged on a 12-month contract to support a strategic uplift in POA processes. Your responsibilities will include designing a comprehensive POA framework, developing a playbook for handling new requests, and conducting a case study to explore how AI could be applied to remediate legacy processes. A key part of your role will be assessing and recommending the most suitable technologies or AI tools to implement - helping shape the future-state solution from the ground up. You'll also contribute to configuring system controls that align with compliance and operational goals.
What you'll need to succeed
To excel in this role, you'll bring strong experience in the banking sector, ideally with exposure to POA processes. A background in legal or compliance functions will be highly regarded. You'll need to be confident engaging with senior stakeholders, possess strong decision-making capabilities, and demonstrate a proactive approach to driving change. Familiarity with emerging technologies and a strategic mindset for evaluating AI and automation tools will be essential.
