As a Fire Alarm/Systems Technician, you will play a critical role in designing, installing, maintaining, and servicing fire alarm systems across commercial clients.
Your key responsibilities will include:
* Installation and commissioning of fire alarm systems
* Maintenance and testing of fire alarm systems
* Fault diagnosis and repairs of fire alarm systems
* System upgrades and modifications
* Documentation and reporting of system performance
* Client interaction and relationship management
* Regulatory compliance and adherence to industry standards
To succeed in this role, you will require:
* A current QBCC Fire Occupational license and/or Electrical Trade Certificate
* Experience in fire alarm systems installation, maintenance, and repair
* Strong troubleshooting skills and analytical mindset
* The ability to work independently and as part of a team
* High attention to detail and organizational skills
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* A valid driver's license for travel to client sites
