They are looking for proactive and dedicated Registered Nurses to join their supportive team. About The Opportunity
As part of our dedicated team, you will deliver comprehensive nursing care to patients, supporting their families throughout their healthcare journey. Responsibilities include assessing patient needs, developing care plans, and collaborating with the multidisciplinary team to ensure optimal outcomes. Support from the Clinical Nurse Educator (CNE) and Nurse Unit Manager (NUM) will be provided, with access to after-hours assistance from a CNE. Daily tasks involve direct patient care, transfers, discharges, and liaising with families and discharge planners.
About You
Successful applicants will possess:
Current Authority to Practice as a Registered Nurse with AHPRA
Recent hospital experience, particularly in medical-surgical wards
Ability to collaborate effectively within a multidisciplinary team
Strong time management skills in a fast-paced environment
