**The Role**:
Our client is a large ASX Listed organisation on the lookout for an experienced Change Communications Manager to join their team on a 6 Month Contract.

The purpose of the role is to lead change communications for multiple projects. This will include conducting the analysis of the communication needs, planning and designing of change communication solutions, and then evaluating the contribution of communications to achieve project and change outcomes.
**Your Responsibilities**:
- Lead and develop innovative communications to enable organisational change for their portfolio of projects.
- Develop the change communications strategy and implement across projects.
- Work in collaboration with Change Managers and Training Leads to analyse, plan and develop recommended work products to enable organisational change.
- Create communication collateral to change projects, using diverse techniques to ensure freshness and receptiveness of communications.
- Create and maintain a process for change communications approvals.
- Engage with senior leaders to approve change communication plans and collateral and ensure that each sponsor of change is equipped to deliver communications.
**About You**:
- Expertise in up-to-date communications practice and methods
- Experience in conducting change communications analysis and developing change communications plans.
