You'll be working across high-end multi-residential projects in Melbourne's bay side, gaining hands-on experience across both site and commercial functions. It's a role where you'll be trusted to take ownership, not just follow process.
You'll be joining a close-knit team of around 40, led by two hands-on directors who have come from top-tier builders and brought that structure and thinking into a more agile environment. The business has doubled in size over the past two years and continues to build momentum through repeat clients and quality delivery. Systems are well established, support is there when you need it and the culture is built around accountability, collaboration and straight-up communication.
Their project portfolio covers high-end residential builds and complex refurbishments, working alongside respected architects and consultants across Melbourne. Internally, the structure includes experienced site teams, project managers and commercial staff, giving you the support network to develop properly.
The office is based in the inner east, so it has all the best bits in terms of cafes, restaurants, proximity to the best locations in Melbourne and great public transport access.
You'll need around 3 to 5 year's experience in a PC or CA role, ideally with a head contractor (not client-side) in commercial or multi-residential construction.
The salary sits between $130k and $150k including super depending on experience.
