The role of a Senior Claims Assessor will see you taking responsibility for the prompt and fair assessment of claims. You will be reporting directly into the Service Manager - Trade Credit and working within a supportive and dedicated team. Your new role Process claims in a timely and compliant manner Conduct all written and verbal communications with clients Maintain a customer service focus when managing a difficult situation Support the implementation of the Claims strategy Maintain all files, systems and databases to ensure that they accurately represent the Claim Management process Share information with the team on competitor customer activity and market issues Provide team support/training to the team and contribute to a professional and cohesive approach to meeting QBE and customer expectations About you We are looking for a driven and motivated individual who is commercially minded and solution focused.
