We're looking for someone to join our Yo Way team as a Store Manager.
This role requires someone who is highly motivated and doesn't shy away from responsibility. Experience in customer service and managerial experience is a must.
Competitive hourly rate.
Duties & Responsibilities:
This person will be available Monday to Friday between 8.30am & 6pm for approximately 38-40 hours per week & be able to work autonomously and in a team.
Your duties & responsibilities include:
 * Customer service (meeting and greeting customers, guiding them through the process).
 * Managing day-to-day tasks autonomously, with little supervision
 * Decision-Making, making quick, informed decisions under pressure
 * Delegating tasks efficiently to maximise productivity
 * Preparing food and following food safety procedures
 * Day-to-day cleaning & organising
 * Cleaning and maintaining machines and equipment
 * Cash handling and balancing at the end of the day
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
 * Excellent customer service experience, at least 2 years
 * Able to work autonomously and within a team
 * A natural leader, be able to motivate and lead a team
 * Able to take direction & have the initiative to take control when needed
 * Experience with point of sales & able to pick up computer systems easily
 * Able to count cash easily & balance cash at the end of the shift
Bonus Points
 * Onboarding experience, training new staff and getting them up to speed quickly and effectively including upskilling existing staff
 * Experience in crisis management, skilled in handling unexpected issues like power outages, staff no-shows, or urgent customer complaints with minimal disruption
 * Food safety knowledge & experience working with food
