We’re looking for a senior UX leader to drive conversion-focused digital experiences across web products.
This role blends UX strategy with behavioural design and gamification, using concepts like progression, rewards, and interactivity to improve engagement and performance.
What you’ll do
* Own and lead UX strategy across key journeys (funnels, onboarding, landing pages)
* Design engaging, high-converting user experiences across web and mobile
* Apply behavioural design and gamification techniques to improve user motivation and reduce friction
* Work closely with product, marketing, and engineering teams
* Build and lead a high-performing UX team
* Introduce new ideas around personalisation, interactivity, and user engagement
What we’re looking for
* Strong experience in UX or product design (typically 8+ years)
* Proven leadership experience (team or strategic ownership)
* Experience improving key metrics like conversion, engagement, or retention
* Interest in or experience with gamification, behavioural design, or game mechanics
* Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders
