Sitelink Group is seeking an experienced client focused Safety / Construction Supervisor with experience in Brownfield projects to join our team in Melbourne.
In this role, you'll oversee the day-to-day supervision of multiple work fronts, with a strong emphasis on safety and seamless interface coordination with the Operations team. Reporting directly to the Project Manager, you will be responsible for all aspects of contractor management and ensuring project works comply with the Client's Safety Management Framework.
Sitelink Group has a five-year partnership with our valued Client, and our team members are currently supporting projects in Queensland, New South Wales, and Western Australia.
Support and Onboarding:
You will receive full onboarding and site establishment support from a Queensland-based Sitelink Group team member, with ongoing guidance. As projects ramp up you will work in parallel with a second Sitelink Group team member.
The Role Includes:
· Melbourne based applicants only.
· Monday to Friday with some weekend coverage
· Immediate start is available, and current works are scheduled to continue into 2028.

Key Responsibilities:
· Review safety documentation and assist with pre-mobilisation planning.
· Manage contractor onboarding, verify qualifications, and Client requirements.
· Lead site inductions, pre-starts, daily planning, and contribute to project safety meetings.
· Develop risk assessments for high-risk tasks.
· Collaborate with contractors and operations to minimise disruptions to production targets and maintain quality standards.
· Obtain client accreditation and issue daily high-risk work permits.
· Coordinate isolations with project and operations teams.
· Conduct hazard identification, safety observations, audits, and assist in incident investigations.
Experience & Qualifications:
· Previous experience in Brownfield project supervision.
· Minimum Cert IV in Work Health and Safety.
· Trade background highly regarded.
· Operational experience preferred.
· Solid knowledge of permit-to-work systems and isolation procedures.
· Current Construction Induction Card (White Card).
· First Aid & CPR certification.
· Working at Heights (valid within 2 years).
· Confined Space Entry (valid within 2 years)
