Role Overview
The SAP HR Team Lead is a technical specialist responsible for providing capability in the design, implementation, maintenance, and support of SAP HR and Payroll systems.
This role supports the SAP application footprint and promotes production change across businesses.
The team lead element extends across SAP HR & Payroll components and cross-functional SAP support resources.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide technical expertise and advice within the SAP HR Payroll application.
* Understand business operational and functional needs to recommend process improvements.
* Develop solution designs and technical specifications delivering functionality that meets business needs.
* Assess, document, and communicate change implications.
* Coordinate project tasks including training, documentation, process review, data cleansing, and cutover tasks.
Requirements
* 10+ years of technical experience in a support and project delivery capacity.
* Ability to understand customer needs and clearly engage with them.
* Adherence to IT standards and industry best practices.
