**Maintenance Manager**

Could you be the full-time Maintenance Manager in Rouse Hill we're looking for?
**Your future role**
You'll add to the maintenance of our trains. Day-to-day, you'll work closely with teams across the business (Customer / Operator / Regulator), ensuring project QCD and business deliverables are achieved or exceeded and much more.
You'll specifically lead the depot team for Maintenance, warranty management, retrofit activities and general management.
We'll look to you for:
- Promote gender and citizenship diversity
- EHS: IFR1 strong management focus on EHS topics to ensure compliance and worker safety
- Make sure He/She and team members are 100% compliant with ALSTOM safety rules with zero deviation, fully aware of and understand ALSTOM AZDP and implement it to daily activities, work at customer site, 100% compliance with site safety rules
- Overall Management of SMTF N and SMTF-S maintenance teams.
- Ensure the Warranty activities of RS to guarantee its availability as per plan.
- Support the Mobilization and availability of resources, especially Train Drivers and Roving Teams as per contract.
- Secure retention for critical resources and pro-actively manages additional recruitment, if any, with close follow-up with HR
- Implement and manage infrastructure/logistics/site processes.
- Ensure availability of the fleet.
- Ensure contractual warranty performance and trouble shooting.
- Ensure the technical configuration of the Units as per the planning from the Configuration Manager.
- Support Defects Correction (Warranty) period and ensure timely warranty closure of Trains fleet
- Develop and maintain excellent relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Develop the talent pipeline and plans for succession
- Implement initiatives to support motivation and engagement of the workforce
- Ensure that critical issues are identified and proactively developed and agree mitigation initiatives.
- Develop and use KPI's to monitor performance and improve the business.
- Represent Alstom with Customers and other stakeholders when required.
- Ensure project compliance with Alstom Procedures and Code of Ethics
**All about you**
We are seeking a motivated and proactive individual who is passionate about problem solving. You will also have
- Demonstrable experience in rolling stock
- Previous experience leading a team
- Be able to lead a team to perform Warranty and Maintenance activities
- Good knowledge of railway products and systems
- Experience in working with global internal units and supplier locations
- Experience in rolling out Train fleet for revenue service
- Demonstrable experience with OTD & OTIF management
- Good knowledge of reliability growth
