Job Summary
We are seeking a part-time or full-time allied health receptionist to support our clinic's administration team.
* Greet clients and patients with professionalism and warmth.
* Answer phones, manage email enquiries and book appointments.
* Process payments, reconcile end-of-day accounts.
* Support therapy staff with various administrative duties.

Key Responsibilities
In addition to standard reception and administration duties, the full-time role includes conducting pre-employment medicals (e.g. spirometry, audiometry, drug screening).
Organising patient/client paperwork, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
Maintaining and calibrating clinical equipment.
Managing stock and supporting clinical operations.

* Comfortable using computers and Microsoft Office.
* Organised, reliable, and able to multitask.
* Able to work both independently and in a team.
* Full working rights in Australia.
