You'll be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong relationships with partners and clients, and expanding our market presence for secure and efficient international money transfers.
Key Responsibilities:
* Market Expansion: Identify and develop new markets and customer segments.
* Client Acquisition: Proactively source leads and acquire new retail and corporate clients.
* Strategic Partnerships: Build a strong agent and partner network.
* Sales & Revenue Growth: Drive sales and revenue targets through effective strategies.
* Compliance: Ensure all activities comply with international regulations.
* Market Analysis: Conduct regular market and competitor research.
* Reporting: Provide regular sales and performance reports to senior management.
Qualifications and Skills:
* Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field.
* 3-5+ years of experience in business development within financial services (remittance, banking, fintech).
* Strong understanding of the foreign exchange/remittance market and financial regulations.
* Excellent negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.
* Must be fluent in verbal and written Chinese (Mandarin).
