About The Position

Our team is seeking a Talent & Development Specialist to join our People and Capability unit in Perth.


Role Purpose

* Delivery of key Talent and Capability initiatives to build organisational capability, support talent planning, and promote employee wellbeing.
* Maintenance of talent pools and process documentation.
* Promotion and support of wellbeing, culture and psychosocial health and safety projects, depending on annual business priorities.
* Scope, tracking and reporting on Talent Projects as required.
* Engagement and communications with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment with business needs and compliance.
* Continuously improve organisational processes to promote best practice and ensure business and individual needs are met.


About You

* A tertiary qualification in HR or Organisational Psychology will be highly desirable.
* Experience held in People and Capability and/or specialisation in Talent and Development operations.
* Knowledge of psychosocial health and safety best practice.
* Experience in supporting the design, development and delivery of projects to improve organisational performance.
* Advanced skills in MS Office suite.
* Knowledge of Success Factors or similar systems would be advantageous.
* Strong organisational, administrative and coordination skills along with a high attention to detail.
* Ability to work to our values with a mindset of respect and excellence within your work space.
