The Opportunity
Join Western Sydney University as a Teaching Operations Support Officer and play a vital role in ensuring smooth delivery of teaching activities across our academic programs. You will provide high-level administrative and operational support to academic staff, coordinate timetabling and class allocations, and assist with compliance and quality assurance processes.
This role is central to maintaining efficient teaching operations and enhancing the student experience through proactive problem-solving and collaboration with internal stakeholders.

What Success Looks Like
* Deliver accurate and timely coordination of teaching schedules and operational requirements.
Provide responsive, professional support to academic staff and students, ensuring compliance with University policies.
