Classic Recruitment is excited to be working with our Pittsworth client to recruit their new Sales Support and Office Administrator. Our client prides themselves on offering their rural clients good old-fashioned service and are looking for their new superstar to join their team.

**Key duties will include**:
- Providing administration support to the sales agents
- Generating weekly sales brochures, managing the window displays in the office, a wide range of experience in creating social media content, including using social media as a marketing platform.
- Preparation of a range of contract types
- Creating and sending marketing invoices
- Assist with preparing the final documentation for appraisals, including binding of the documents.
- End-to-End administration support, including assisting with reception.
- Pre-Contracts and Marketing
**Experience & Requirements**
- Full driver's licence & your own reliable vehicle
- Some prior sales administration experience is a bonus.
- Exceptional computer skills
- Keen attention to detail
- Ability to work effectively under time-pressure to meet strict deadlines.
This is a full-time opportunity with an immediate start available for the right person.
